GAMBARAN PENGETAHUAN SAYUR ANAK USIA 5-12 TAHUN DI YAYASAN ELEOS INDONESIA DESA SUKODADI KECAMATAN WAGIR KABUPATEN MALANG

Abstract

 

Sayur merupakan bahan makanan yang bermanfaat bagi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Adanya fenomena di masyarakat bahwa konsumsi sayur pada anak masih kurang. Perilaku sulit makan sayur pada anak salah satunya ditentukan oleh pengetahuan tentang pentingnya sayur. Pengetahuan yang baik akan menumbuhkan pemahaman dan outputnya perilaku makan yang baikpula Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran awal pengetahuan sayur anak di Yayasan Eleos Desa Sukodadi Kecamatan Wagir Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional dengan sampel anak usia 5-12 tahun sejumlah 87 anak. Instrumen berupa lembar quesioner, yang akan disajikan dalam bentuk teks naratif dan disimpulkan dalam bentuk uraian kata. Hasil didapatkan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan anak usia 5-12 tahun (jenis,manfaat,
kandungan serta akibat kurang sayur) di Yayasan Eleos Desa Sukodadi Kecamatan Wagir kabupaten Malang dalam kategori kurang. Direkomendasikan dilakukannya pendidikan kesehatan tentang pentingnya sayur pada anak usia 5-12 tahun di Yayasan Eleos Desa Sukodadi Kecamatan Wagir Kabupaten Malang.
