PENGALAMAN PERAWAT SEBAGAI KOORDINATOR PELAKSANA UNIT GAWAT DARURAT PUSKESMAS DI KABUPATEN TRENGGALEK

Abstract

Pelayanan Unit Gawat Darurat (UGD) di Puskesmas merupakan jenis pelayanan pengembangan bagian integral dengan pelayanan rawat inap.Pengembangan pelayanan tersebut memerlukan pengelolaan manajemen untuk mencapai mutu pelayanan keperawatan yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman perawat koordinator pelaksana pelayanan keperawatan UGD di  puskesmas Kabupaten Trenggalek. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi interpretatif. Wawancara mendalam menggunakan pertanyaan semistruktur yang melibatkan 7 partisipan yang berperan sebagai koordinator pelaksana Unit Gawat  Darurat Puskesmas. Penelitian ini menghasilkan delapan tema yaitu, koordinator pelaksana UGD puskesmas mempunyai peran dan tugas banyak, menerima atau pasrah menjalankan banyak peran, pelaksanaan peran perencanaan dengan membuat usulan, pelaksanaan peran dalam pengorganisasian belum optimal, peran pengarahan kepada staf belum optimal, pelaksanaan peran monitoring dan evaluasi belum optimal, hambatan pelaksanaan pelayanan UGD puskesmas, harapan koordinator pelaksana UGD puskesmas dalam pengelolaan. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah banyaknya peran yang diterima tenaga kesehatan menyebabkan pelaksanaan menjalankan peran dan fungsinya menjadi tidak optimal.
